From the aging adult to children with special needs, our goal is to offer Home Health services that promote your independence and comfort in your home setting.

Care 2000 provides personal care and attention seven days a week, on a per  visit or hourly basis. All services are delivered in a confidential manner by our well-qualified, competent team of professionals.

Fees are paid by Medicare, health insurance companies, Medical Assistance, Veteran’s Administration, County programs and private pay. We will work with you, your doctor, and your family to identify your needs and to ensure that you receive the prescribed care.
