24 hour staffing for supervision and oversight of Clients enrolled in the Assisted Living Program.

Home Health Aid Staff are conscientiously trained and meet or exceed Federal Regulations.

Home Health Aids will do laundry and change linens.

Clients will receive homemaking service one time per week.

Home Health Aids will inform Clients of activities scheduled in the building and will encourage the Clients to participate.

We offer a broad variety of Supportive Services including; Socialization, Scheduling Appointments, Scheduling Transportation (Cab, Volunteers, Family, etc.), Assist with Completing Applications and Bill Paying, and Grocery Shopping every week as needed.

Meals: Breakfast; Staff may prepare for Clients, but Clients must provide the food. Lunch; Clients may prepare their own meal. Clients may receive a meal from "Meals on Wheels"(self-pay per agreement). Dinner; Staff may prepare a light meal, but the Client must provide the food. Client may purchase a meal from "Meals on Wheels."

Emergency Call System: The LifeLine®System is included in the Assisted Living Service Package. A Home Health Aide will carry the emergency response pager and cell phone, which is connected to LifeLine®.

Safety Status Checks: Home Health Aides will make personal contact with the Assisted Living Clients at least one time in 24 hours. The Supervising Nurse may assign additional checks depending on Client needs. Each Client's plan of care is individualized to meet their needs.
